INNOVATION AND CHANGE MANAGEMENT/(PENGURUSAN PERUBAHAN DAN INOVASI)
Sinopsis/Synopsis:
Kursus ini bertujuan untuk memberi pengetahuan kepada pelajar tentang pengurusan inovasi secara strategik. Ia merangkumi tajuk-tajuk seperti konsep dan prinsip asas inovasi, isu-isu ke arah pengurusan inovasi yang berkesan dan elemen-elemen penting di dalam model proses inovasi. Model proses inovasi terdiri daripada sumber dan jaringan inovasi, proses pemilihan idea dengan pengurusan risiko yang baik, proses merealisasikan idea inovatif dan kaedah mengenalpasti nilai/faedah hasil inovasi.
The goal of this course is to provide students’ knowledge relates to strategic innovation management. It covers topics such as the concept and basic principles of innovation, issues towards effective management of innovation and important elements in the innovation model process. The innovation model consists of network of resources and innovation, idea selection process with good risk management, the process of realization of innovative ideas and methods of identifying the value and benefits of innovation.
